While using the Icon on my device I can hear all alerts for texts, emails, etc. (As it should); BUT after loading the Android Companion I can no longer hear these alerts. So to test I uninstalled the companion and tested, good. I reinstalled it, no good. I've deleted and paired the headset back into the device, no good. The headset is updated with latest software and linked (or whatever it's called). I like the visual battery meter on the phone, but not at the expense of features and functions I consider essential.
Jawbone Devs; If there's a workaround for this let us know, otherwise fix it please! As of now I've frozen the app in TiBu and it will remain that way until corrected.

Hi rdemotte,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with Jawbone Companion for Android. We tried reproducing the issue on the same device and have not been able to do so.
Can you please update to the latest version of the application (v1.4) and let me know if you are still experiencing this issue? If you do continue to experience it, can you try playing other media (for example, from your music player) on your phone when you are in this state and let me know if media plays correctly?
