BIG JAMBOX FIND ANSWERS QUICKLY! |

I would ideally like some sort of software update to fix the sound on the Big Jambox. It's plenty loud, and has plenty of bass, which is great. It's the treble that's a bit bothersome. For some reason, there's a bit too much sibilance, maybe around 5kHz, almost like someone tried to boost the treble--it sounds a bit unnatural. The regular-sized Jambox sounds great, though!

To be clear, this is a problem observed when listening to music. I wouldn't deem it to be an issue during phone calls

I agree with the sound issue and need for adjustment. Do you have Live Audio turned on? If so, try turning it off, seems to soften the treble. Personally I think they botched Live Audio, it sounds terrible to me. I do like the volume it puts out but think the Jambox (original one) has better quality sound, just not as much of it. IMHO.

In fairness, I need to add that I've only been listening to it for a total of about 3 hours and mostly outside. Placement and location could make a difference.
