I would like ask your assistance in an issue with my Era.
After Jawbone customer service advised me to do a reset and to charge for 2 hours, battery life was "5 hours remaining" (fully charged at June 12, 4pm)
After exactly 32 calls (total of 1 hour 6 minutes nad 6 seconds).... the battery life went from "5 hours remaining" to "1 hour remaining". (last battery check was June 14, 4pm)
added info, the other Era and Icon HD that I purchased has no battery issues.
Are you still noticing the battery draining quicker than it should? If so, check back in with our Customer Service team at 1800-Jawbone, between the hours of 6 am- 7pm for warranty options.
Yes, battery still drains faster than it should.
CAlling the hotline will be costly for me since Im located in Southeast Asia, I had my orders (2 eras & 1 icon hd) from Amazon and had it shipped to a friends home in California....then handcarried it to Asia.
Unfortuanately you will have to check with Amazon to discuss warranty options since we do not ship to SE Asia.
