I constantly hear from callers the sound quality sucks. After reading this support forum and noticing the lack of any Jawbone support people with fix solutions I realize there probably isn't one. Amazing there are so many people that are unhappy. I have been telling everyone I talk to they better go try something else out because I am not happy. Although, when I talk to someone using the Jawbone, they ask me if I am using a cheap $10 unit and I say yes, but its a $130 cheap unit. Last Jawbone product I ever buy again. I have had 2 prior Jawbones. Very sad.

I just bought 2 eras the other day based on many good reviews just by doing a google search, After finding this site, I'm not feeling to well about my purchase. The lack of tech support response is a little disheartening. I have 30 days, I may end up returning both of them if I have all these same problems. I'm already experiencing others saying they hear a lot of background noise and static, noise assasian is failing in my opinion. We'll see.

I wrote my review a couple of days ago, I got so made I called the company and fortunately got Orlando in customer service on the phone. He walked me through a process to factory reset my ERA and now I am a happy camper. I also found out something, that don't smash the ERA against your face, I thought maybe that would improve the quality, but it actually hurts the quality. I have been a Jawbone user for years and was sorry to see some bad press here, and angry about my quality. Thankful that Jawbone (Orlando) in customer service solved my problem and made me a happy camper again.

Coming back to post your resolution is appreciated. Too many people complain, get their issue resolved, but never make mention of it.

the jawbone era is rubish lasted me all of a month very much doupt it if i will ever get a new one
