Brand new ERA, worked once now doesn't work at all, except for the white light

So my ERA's white light just stays on, whether i turn it on or off.  It's supposedly paired with my phone, but doesn't pick up anything.  I've tried shaking it and doing the push button method, but it won't pair anything.

If i plug it in, it flashes red.

Right now, it's a $100 black plastic thing with a white circle light.

Never dropped it, in water or otherwise.

I'm guessing this is not the purpose of the device.  Can someone please help me to get it to work, or is it just a faulty product and i need to figure the warranty out?

Hi nuce619,

Just an ERA user here.  I assume that this is what you meant by the push button method?  While doing that you might also try un-pairing the device, erasing that pairing from your phone, re-booting the phone and re-pairing the ERA.  Hope this helps.  If not, I'd contact support for other suggestions or possible replacement.
