Me too. This is my second ERA, the first one was easy.
Got this one home and charged. Then nothing. No pairing, no lights, no ..............
Soft reset done, multiple times.
I am having same issues! My jawbone will charge with red light flashing then turning white. I unplug and nothing at all! Tried the soft reset method, but no luck! Please someone help!!

My ERA seems completely dead. I love the Jawbone products but having trouble with it. First people would say it was hard to understand me, then it wouldn't come on any longer. now no lights when charging, wont turn on, etc...
