I've had my era for a few months now, and loved it for making calls and listening to music.
Unfortunately this morning it has pretty much died on me, it is completely unresponsive when I turn it on no matter what I do. So I connect it to the computer, and the white light comes on, but what it does is flash erradically, and seems to turn off and on repeatedly judging by the sound of a usb device connecting and disconnecting that computers make.
So I connect it to MyTalk, and it recognizes it, the voice and app and everything is correct, and even lets me install new ones (even though it constantly turns off and on doing so)
However, the device is still completely unresponsive, makes no noise, and does nothing unless I connect it to a power source, which is when it spazzes out.
I have no idea what could've caused this, I left it charging over night to use it during work in the morning, and then this is what happened. Any ideas here? Do I have a faulty product? This whole ordeal has pretty much killed my faith in Jawbone products, I hope you guys can restore it for me..
