A few ideas ...

1) Connect via bluetooth for PBAP (phonebook access profile) to sync contacts and then upon desktop sync it should grab the audio resource files necessary.

2) If the device is at full rest and the phone is ringing, then if the devices senses being picked up it should answer.

3) Answer/ignore via voice command

4) I don't use A2DP much but people seem to want pause very badly so I'll throw that in there
