ERA FIND ANSWERS QUICKLY! |

So I have a new ERA (which I will say is overrated) and it stays paired with my phone, meaning making phone calls. It randomly decides, however, to stop playing audio from my phone ie podcasts and music. I can be talking to someone on my Jawbone, hang up and play a son only to have it play through my phone speaker.
I've checked all of the setting on my phone and my Jawbone.

Hello pladinya,
Thank you for taking the time to post in the Jawbone User Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your ERA.
In order to listen to music and podcasts on your phone you may need to set the ERA as the default output device for your phone. If you are using an iPhone this setting can be found by tapping the small square to the right of the playback controls in the "Now Playing" screen. Once you have reached the menu for the output devices you will need to choose ERA.
In order to get the best possible sound from your ERA when listening to music and podcasts you will want to make sure that A2DP is enabled in the MyTALK advanced settings menu.
If you need help with either of these instructions or have further questions or concerns please feel free to respond to this post or give us a call at 1-800-JAWBONE (1-800-529-2663) 6AM-7PM Pacific.
Have a great day!
