theoak: Thanks for the feeback. Might do a custom earpiece for the ERA if the audio issue gets worked out. I'll be spending most of my next 6 months with an earpiece on, and want it to be the best possible experience. Can you post or private message me your source and what I should expect to spend?
The ERA at least got me beyond the terrible disconnecting issues I had with the ICON / iPhone4 combo from that other thread a while back. For now I'm putting up with the audio problem.

Well that's the problem I have and appraently they are aware of it. I called support and they had me reset everything but during the test call the agent agreed the problewm wasn't fixed. I returned my ERA and went back to using an ICON.

blairwillis: I actually did a mini review of my earpiece in this forum. Below is the link. They feel so comfortable.

I was just told by Jawbone customer support that the ERA has a manufacturers defect which causes a loud crackling noise when volume is turned up. They offered to replace the unit until I sent in my purchase order and was informed they won't honor the warranty because of where I bought it online (no idea that would be an issue and paid full price). Stay away from the ERA, had much better quality with my three others Jawbones until upgrading to the ERA...
