Just opened and updating my Jawbone headset via the software (Mac OS), but it's frozen at 51%. I've searched the forums and although a number of people seem to have had the same issue, I can't find a resolution.

Was this issue ever resolved? I just had to RMA my ERA and I'm awaiting a replacement. From the other posts in this forum, it looks like it'll happen again should I try to update the firmware (it failed on two different PCs). I'll be willing to work with an engineer to fix this problem - I have multiple machines at my disposal and can spin up new OSes very quickly if required.
