Tech Support

Funny thing happened to me today. I was speaking with tech support about my ERA sound/microphone problem, and was disconnected during the call. When the rep first answered the call she asked for my phone number, just in case we were disconnected. Well, we were disconnected, but she never called me back. That's all fine and good, but why ask for the phone number in the first place if you are not going to call back.
