Trouble with music

Everything was great...Was hearing both calls and music well through my Jawbone.  About 2 weeks ago, the volume of music (either IHeartRadio or straight from my iTunes) dropped to almost nothing.  Phone aall volume is still fine, it's just music that I can't hear...

Any suggestions?

Hi Redleg, 

Thanks for writing in. The volume for phone calls and the volume for media audio are separate so it's possible the phone may have reset the media volume somehow. Try playing some music from one of your typical sources and while it's playing, press and hold the Talk button and see if the volume starts cycling up and down. If it does then keep holding it until it gets to the volume you want. If you don't see any change in volume then give us a call at 1800-JAWBONE 6am-7pm PST and we can troubleshoot this further with you.
