Sorry to hear about your ICON HD not charging. Please contact Customer Support at 1800-JAWBONE, between the hours of 6 am- 7pm PST for troubleshooting tips or replacement options.
This happened to me the exact same time it happened to like 10 other people i know.
It must be some kind of defect. I really hope that jawbone takes a look into this issue because it simply can not be a coincidence with such a large group of people having the same exact issue at the same exact time

Tried this and it didn't work. I'm away on holidays, so I'll have to call them when I get back.
I was sent the same thing with the same result. Ultimately we had to get replacements sent to us.
The horrible part of this entire thing is they wont admit something is terribly wrong with their MFR dept.
Ever since the first icon i've had nothing but problems. My first two jawbone headsets still work perfectly but once the first icon hit the shelves it was all down hill from there. Nothing but crackling in both my era and first gen icon. And it sucks that jawbone won't acknowledge the issue and replace them or refund my money.
GET IT TOGETHER JAWBONE!!!
