icon+nerd pairing with iphone

I have had a jawbone 2 headset for over 2 years and have found it to be the best headset I have ever had but now that I have iphone 3g I am thinking of upgrading to icon+nerd but there are a few questions I would like to ask before I purchase.

1    will I be able to listen to music on my phone via icon

2    will I be able to hear instructions from my sat nav which is installed on phone

3    how secure is icon+nerd in the ear

1. yes, you will be able to listen to music

2. listen to sat nav. yes.

3. secure in the ear - this is different per individual. but the device comes with sevaral earbuds in the package.
