I've had my Icon for, I assume, around a year. I haven't used the BT in a few months because I got tired of it randomly disconnecting. I got a new phone and figured I would try it again to see if it would work. I had it charging all day and when I unhooked it and tried to turn it on it did nothing. I did the reset and tried again, still nothing. I hooked it back up to a power source to see if it would charge, but the Icon would glow and fade red then turn solid white. I would love to be able to use it, but like I said, it's probably been 4 or 5 months since I last used it.
Thanks for writing in. The first thing I want to check is whether you did the reset correctly. In order to reset your Icon start with the gray cable attached to it, hold down the Talk button, plug it into a power source (wall charger or computer), and then let go of the button. Once you've done that, pull it off the charger and try turning it on again. If it still doesn't work, email Customer Support at email@example.com and our Support team can look into warranty options.
