Can't use ICON with iPhone4 GPS

I'm unable to use my ICON with TomTom or Navigon on my iPhone4.   The first 1-2 seconds of the turn instructions are cut off.  From reading other posts on different web sites, Apple says the bluetooth triggering delay is dictated by the bluetooth device maker (Jawbone in this case).  I saw one other ICON/GPS post in this forum, but no fixes.

I've followed the instructions on this web site saying to break the pairing and redo it.....doesn't work.

Is anyone else having ICON GPS issues on their iPhone?

Even the Garmin app does the same thing? As well as dropping BT calls from more than one caller.....

Same with WAZE, CAN'T use the icon in my car with gps - instructions sound are cut off.. and in the same time my iphone don't use my internal speaker so I don't get instructions sound at all,  very  annoying!!!

I got the icon just for the car.. 

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ?!?!?!?
