Recently, I have been told that my voice fades in and out on calls using my Icon. When using my Blackberry speaker, I can be heard fine with no issues. This has recently become an issue. What could be the cause?

I have the same problem as well as the proper fit I've tried All the ear pieces and have yet to find one that keeps the ear piece stable....any clue what I can do?!

I've got the same problem. There are lot's of posts on here about Noise Assasin failing after 3-6 months, and one post about Jawbone Tech Support recommending a full Factory Reset, which may resolve the issue. I've just reset so will await feedback - my tests to my own voicemail seem to show an improvement.
