Recently, I have been told that my voice fades in and out on calls using my Icon. When using my Blackberry speaker, I can be heard fine with no issues. This has recently become an issue. What could be the cause?
I've got the same problem. There are lot's of posts on here about Noise Assasin failing after 3-6 months, and one post about Jawbone Tech Support recommending a full Factory Reset, which may resolve the issue. I've just reset so will await feedback - my tests to my own voicemail seem to show an improvement.
