Icon Noise canceling going in and out

Hey! i got a Jawbone Icon for Christmas from my wife. here in Washington, you are not allowed to drive and talk on a cell unless you have a handsfree device. well, i started to use this, and it worked great! absolutely amazing compared to my other bluetooth headsets, however now, only about a month later, there seems to be so much background noise to the people i talk to that i don't even use it that much... the fit is great, and it sits snug against my cheek/jawbone. its the first bluetooth that is secure and doesn't just fall off. is there anything i can do to get rid of the background noise that has started to become a  bog problem? it seems to be there one day and gone the next... but then back again....  thanks for your help!

Re: Icon Noise canceling going in and out

I have had a few jawbones over the years.  However, the background noise is on my new icon is so loud, people can not understand what I'm saying.  Please advise.

Thanks,

Re: Icon Noise canceling going in and out

I am having the same problem.  I own (4) Jawbone Icons.  I have the Motorola Droid 2 and an Iphone(work phone).  The Icons work just fine no the iphone and the noise assassin never has problems.

when I use it on my Droid which is the phone I prefer and allways use the Jawbones don't work.  They give my caller horrible feedback and they always complain that they can't hear me.  Sometimes they work but most of the time they do not.

They worked much better before they introduced the companion and the new system update.

Please find out what is going on with them!!!!!!!!

Re: Icon Noise canceling going in and out

A lot of people have this problem since the firmware upgrades. Jawbone is non responsive and is leaving it's customers with a useless $100 headset. Not cool....
