I got an Icon Hero for Christmas and have only been able to try to use it within the past couple of days. It will not stay paired with my iPhpne 3GS.
It goes into pairing mode easily.
It pairs with my iPhone.
Once paired, it shows up in the bluetooth options window as connected.
It remains connected for approximately 10-20 seconds and then it disconnects.
It makes the "sproing" sound in the earpiece when it disconnects.
In a few more seconds, it will then make another noise and reconnect with my iPhone.
There are no other bluetooth items paired with my iPhone.
What's wrong?

I just bought a Jawbone Icon Thinker and have the same problem. I have the same phone as you. I just submitted a troubleshooting report to the manufacturer directly but unless they can solve this, I'm returning this device as there's no point of using a bluetooth device that cannot maintain a connection.
BTW, I previously used a Motorola Bluetooth device and never lost a connection with my same phone.

Yeah, same thing here... my motorola bluetooth headset works fine even though it's several years old. It kind of figures. I try to upgrade to something new and FAIL.
I sent Jawbone an email and haven't received a response as of yet... and this was last week. I guess they won't help me out at all.

Did you ever get a fix for your problem? Am hving the same issue? Tried evrything I've read and researched, nothing works. Have spent many hours reseacrching a fix, none found. Jawbone worked well with last 2 phones but since I upgraded to IPhone 4S couple months ago, can't connect or stay connected on Jawbone Very frustrating to lose a call in the middle of conversation especially when driving. Wil keep researching..
