My Bad Treatment by Jawbone Replacement Service

I just thought i would share my problems with everyone.

I have been a jawbone user since the original, I had bad replacement service on my jawbone Prime, ending up being sent three replacements to finally end up with one that worked.  So after the guarantee ran out i opted to buy a new ICON.  My New purchase arrived, and withing two weeks was playing up, Very noisey, and other problems, I called Jawbone and they asked me to return it for replacement...It cost me £11.20 to send it to Ireland on a signed for tracked delivery.......  They replaced it, on the day it arrived i unwrapped the replacement, it had scratches all over it... so didnt look new at all.... I called them to complain... they said "all of our replacements are brand new and not reconditioned".....I said ok.... I used the unit for two days, and it was dropping calls and also not charging to 4 hours , it would lose battery power very quickly.. so I called Jawbone to complain.  They said I had to return the item to them... at another cost of £11.20...  Now, their replacement failed to work correctly from unpacking, therefore why do I need to pay to return it again????  They keep refering to their terms.. but even so...  I sent a duff one back and they should have sent a working one in return....  I am at a loss, stalemate, Ive supported this company, recommended them to friends, and now... I am very upset and dismayed by the whole way i have been treated.  Are these headsets really that bad now????  My original jawbone never went wrong, it always sounded perfect and i could use it at the side of the stage at any show i was working on.... It always functioned perfectly.....

Anyonelse had these problems, if i send it back again a £70 headset will have cost me £92.40..  So where is the fairness in that....    Is anyone higher up in Jawbone Listening???  Beause the frontline telephone staff just dont care. We have chosen to support an expensive headset, where is our support??

King regards
