First, I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!
I would like people's honest opinion on this "issue" that I seem to be having with my ICON that I just purchased 2 days ago.
Does anyone notice that the incoming call ringer sound is too low and too soft to hear? All the other sounds like dialing out and actually talking to someone is great. It's just that the ringer sound itself is so pathetically low ![]()
Yes, I have the A2DP update and I disabled the call number voice readout.
I exchanged emails with support: I reset both my phone and the Jawbone ICON but to no avail. I was told that I need to exchange it for another one. Before I go through the warranty replacement process, I wanted to get everyone's opinion to see if it's only me.
If I'm in the car listening to music and the window is open (on the highway), I've actually missed phone calls!
Thank you for your comments.
PS - Yes, I did do a search but couldn't find anything conclusive so I wanted to start an official poll ![]()

Yes, All volumes on the Icon is way to low...
Whats the need for some advanced noisefighting technology making the caller hear ME, as long as I cant hear the calling party?

I agree. I work in a noisy shop, and have missed calls because I cannot hear my ringer thru the earbud. The stock settings suck, are too quiet, and I just want my loud ringtone to work thru my ERA. Can find no solutions here unforthunately.
