Touch icon with 2 fingers and it disconnects....

Hi,

When I touch my Icon with 2 fingers, top and bottom of the Icon, for example to move it from one ear to the next, my Icon disconnects from the phone. The moment I let go it reconnects.

Wasn't doing it yesterday. Any ideas?

Also, Im having a problem trying to hard reset. Doesnt matter how many times I try, the red light doesnt come on for 6 seconds. Occasionally I get a red flash, but then if I hold the talk button down (long hold as per the instructuons) it never gets to the point of red and white flashing to repair, even if I hold for a minute.

Is it a dud headset?

Hi, I had to get a replacement, there was no fix for the issue. Thankfully replacement works perfectly!
