I have purchased my first Jawbone product -- an Icon bluetooth headset. I had to exchange the first one because the on/off switch didn't work. My new one works fine, but I'm having challenges with the volume levels. When I turn the volume up loud enough so that I can hear the person to whom I'm speaking, they complain that it sounds like I'm in a tunnel or speaking from across the room.
If I adjust the in-call volume to the lowest setting, they can hear me fine, but I can barely hear them.
HELP! I love this unit and don't want to have to return again. Suggestions or tips?
