Hey there!
I have my Jawbone ICON now for about a month or two. And until today everything was fine. The volume was high enough (in fact I had to put the volume on my phone way down) and everybody could clearly understand me. As I wrote, today it changed. In the evening on my way home from work I had two phone calls. The first with normal volume and for the second the volume dropped! Since then the volume is very very low and the ICON is more or less unusable. I tried the reset, different phones but nothing changed. Is there a special company reset that goes even further than the normal reset?!

WAX! Check for wax blocking the earpiece - get a hearing aid cleaning solution and try that.
