had a popup telling me an update was available, click on it

opens mytalk and sync correctly.

Hi JawboneJaimie, I just got an Era.  I'm having the same issue when I try to sync.  What is the fix?

Hi, I had to disconnect and reconnect several times until a pop up for update appeared. Worked fine after that.
