JAMBOX FIND ANSWERS QUICKLY! |

Hi All,
I purchased this Jambox because of the SIZE and GREAT SOUND.
I paired it in seconds to my Galaxy S II (AT&T) and its great.![]()
The problem is trying to pair it with my Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101. I press the round button on top and it says it's ready to pair with my device. So far so good. I enable my Bluetooth on the Asus tablet and start scanning. This is where the fun ends. The Transformer doesn't even see the device so I can't even try to pair it. Now I'm really bummed as this was my main reason for the purchase. Don't Get me wrong, I still love the thing and will keep it.
I have only seen a couple people on the web that said it worked for them but they never said HOW they did it. I downloaded the new update to see if this would fix it. Not happening, the sound from live audio is great though. It works as described but my problem remains.
How can I pair this with my Asus Eee Pad Transformer so I can enjoy this thing the way I want to???![]()
Thank you all for reading.

I'm glad you've joined our forums and are using them to their fullest, Dana. I believe your problem will be a quick and easy one to solve.
When you unwrap the Jambox from its box for the first time and turn it on, it defaults to "pairing mode", red and white flashing LEDs. Your Galaxy S II was able to find it in this state, because it is making itself known to all bluetooth capable devices nearby. When you paired/connected to the Jambox with the Galaxy S II, the Jambox left pairing mode and knew to connect to the Galaxy S II whenever it was turned on.
To get the unit into pairing mode again, Dana, we'll want to start with the unit turned OFF. Press and hold the on/off toggle switch in the upright position; at this point the LED ring should begin flashing red and white indicating the Jambox is in pairing mode, and shortly thereafter a voice will tell you the Jambox is "in pairing mode, waiting for device to connect..." . This is when you should have the Asus Eee Pad transformer search for nearby devices. Touch the Jawbone's name to pair; if asked for a passkey, it is "0000". The two should then auto-connect!
I do hope you'll continue being an active member of this forum, Dana!

Thanks JawboneGeoffrey,
That did the job. I need to look at the little manual again, I believe it said to push the round button on top so that is what I was doing.
I could be mistaken but anyway it works now and I will keep using this forum. I love this little box and want to try many things with it ![]()
