Beeps too loud !

I totally agree. The buttons are big enough, and when you click it you can feel that it is engaged. The audio feedback is redundant and the sign of poor user design. Something tells me that Yves Behar can do much better than this.

I would not recommend this product because of all the annoying sounds it generates. I don't think I would buy another time...

I'm a new owner of the Jambox and while I am impressed with the sound coming out of this and the quality when using the LiveAudio for personal listening sessions, I completely agree with so many people of how loud the sounds are when turning it on and off and during sound level changes. A definite disappointment when reading that you can't remove the sounds during volume change. Let's hope there's a solution/fix in the near future!

One of my friend asked me this afternoon about if the jambox product was good. I told him the sound coming out of it is great, but all the system noises are too loud and really irritating in the end, even though I got rid of the voice. The pressing minus button while turning on or off trick is definitely not handy. Such a shame as the quality sound of the speaker is so great. I finally bought a bose sound link, as it is much less stressing. Only a light sound for pairing mode, and that's it! Phew.

+1 here as well. I just picked up my Jambox today and am impressed with the audio quality...just wish those obnoxious beeps would disappear when I'm turning a song up or down.

Opps. Anyway, Another +1. Please please give us option to disable the volume beep. I'm afraid of using it at night in fear of waking up GF (and making her mad) with the beep...

I like it except for the sounds made by controls. I had to convince my wife that this would be good to go to sleep to. When she asks me to turn it down we almost leap out of bed.

Luckily I have a 14 day return option and it is going back.

If fixed I may look at it again.
