How to access "private messages"???

Hi shubeteach,
If you click on my username and click "Send this user a private message," you will see your inbox on the left-most tab.
Let me know if you still are having trouble finding your private message.

Hi Guys,
just unwrapped my Jambox, had no trouble whatsoever... brilliant product. Paired straight away with all my devices. (iPhones, iPads, iPods).
Beautiful sound, terrific product, nice match with our NAD Viso dock.

I just bought my Jambox and charged it overnight and I tried to pair this morning with my ipad2. While the device was plugged in there was a white light on the button once I unplugged it the light went out and when I tried to pair it according to the directions I never got the flashing red-white light. It would not pair at all. I tried it with my iphone later and still nothing? Just wondering if my device is defective.

I have had trouble connecting my jambox with ipad2 and iphone and imac.
just got it and a few days ago everything worked -- now it just keeps searching and says it is
discoverable. any suggestions

Hi lisapavmorr,
Please try these troubleshooting tips to get your JAMBOX in pairing mode:
- The white light when plugged in means it’s charged. And then when you unplug the JAMBOX, if there’s no light it means the device is off.
- When the Jambox is off, push the slider all the way up and hold it until it flashes white/red. If there is no red/white flashing – is the device on? Is the light flashing white? Do you hear a sound that the device is on?
- Another way to test it is to turn the Jambox ON by pushing the slider to the middle position. You should hear it turn on and see the flashing white LED. Then from the middle position push the slider all the way up until it flashes red/white.

I bought Jambox and opened it last night, iphone 5 was connected in a sec. but ipad2 is giving trouble.

I also have just purchased a Jambox and updated the software. No problem pairing with my iPhone 5 or with my Macbook Pro or iMac. BUT my iPad2 is not able to pair with the Jambox. I turned off the bluetooth on my iphone and reset the iPad but nothing changes. Not sure why there is a problem with the iPad.
Is there a fix or troubleshooting I should be doing ?
