JAMBOX FIND ANSWERS QUICKLY! |

I have been using my Jambox for nearly a year now, and I have noticed that if I connect "backwards" where I already have my device on but connect by turning on the Jambox after the device is already searching, that I get static and strange noises from the Jambox. If I connect by turning on the Jambox first, Then attempting to connect with the Phone or MP3 Player, the connection is perfect. no static, no odd noises.
So my question is this, IS there an official connection order set forth by Jawbone?
I looked in my booklets and the pairing operation is clearly defined. But is there a proceedure in place for connecting the devices? Maybe that would help prevent some of the static problems?

Hi Inky,
There is no official connection order but in what you are describing, does the static go away after a few seconds?
Thanks,

Jamie,
I rarely if ever have static continue at any length. The only thing I noticed is that if I turn the Jambox on first and then turn on the connector, phone, mp3 what have you that I never get static.
But in answer to your question, any interference is quickly corrected between devices. So yes it goes away quickly.
