Contacting Jawbone about Jambox problems

I begin with apologies: I haven't checked the forums for possible previous topics relating to my question about problems contacting Jawbone. My question is, how can I get in touch with Jawbone directly about problems with my Jambox: • I live in Australia, so it's cost prohibitive to call the US support number. • I've used the Jawbone website contact form and received no reply Does anyone know of a tech support email address I could use? Should I take it back to the Apple store I bought it from? Thanks for any advice you may have. J

OK,to get intouch with Jawbone tech support you can always go to www.jawbone.com and select the support tab,on the right just select the contact us option or check out the search tab-enter the issue in question and it will give you the FAQ results.

 

When you select the contact us tab (after you enter the information you require) be sure to enter a valid email address since you will get a reply with in 24 hrs.

Don't sweat it...I'm in the states and I can't contact them either.  I was on hold for 10 minutes until being presented w a message indicating that they were overwhelmed with calls and that I should leave a message.

 

I'm not really holding my breath for a call-back.

 

Expensive product that would seem to have a pretty serious bug...questionable customer service thus far.

 

I thought Jawbone was a company that really had their act together, but this is my first purchase of any of their products and from where I'm sitting, their Kung Fu is weak.

 

I'm starting to really regret my purchase.

I'm starting to think this product is fatally flawed. I spoke to a jawbone rep a couple of days ago and he recommended a software upgrade. Downloaded the upgrade which I might add was extremely difficult to locate and navigate on their website, and lo and behold— nothing! Same problem. Sound cuts out after 10 minutes or so. Spent nearly 2 hours trying to resolve the issue. If they don't fix it pronto, I'm trashing this as junk and demanding a refund.
