OK,to get intouch with Jawbone tech support you can always go to www.jawbone.com and select the support tab,on the right just select the contact us option or check out the search tab-enter the issue in question and it will give you the FAQ results.
When you select the contact us tab (after you enter the information you require) be sure to enter a valid email address since you will get a reply with in 24 hrs.
Don't sweat it...I'm in the states and I can't contact them either. I was on hold for 10 minutes until being presented w a message indicating that they were overwhelmed with calls and that I should leave a message.
I'm not really holding my breath for a call-back.
Expensive product that would seem to have a pretty serious bug...questionable customer service thus far.
I thought Jawbone was a company that really had their act together, but this is my first purchase of any of their products and from where I'm sitting, their Kung Fu is weak.
I'm starting to really regret my purchase.
