You should try resetting the Jambox:
If this doesn't help, you'll need to contact Jawbone support directly via phone or email. The forums are mostly for fellow Jawbone users to discuss things and are not used by Jawbone to provide direct support.

My JamBox won't turn on at all and the red light doesn't flash to indicate it is charging. Any ideas on what I should do?

Bought mine, 8 days ago.
Dead on arrival. So I start doing all the reset / upgrade / live chat / support stuff.
(been there, done that .....)
Called AppleStore, shipped the item, being replace today, arrived @0830am.
.... SECOND item was also not able to charge. I have no confidence in their quality control! Shape up.

Hi!
I have two items, doing EXACT that. Your battery / power supply doesn't do much.
It simply will not charge. RMA is my advice, did this TWICE already.
Excellent product idea, but I have no confidence in their quality control, bad execution.

Jambox was plugged in for quite a while. Now it won't turn on. What can I do? Is the battery fried?

I connected my jawbone on the current and my lap but I fail to load, there's no light, neither red nor white, I can do to fix it
