Do you know what you sell?

My son bought me a jambox in UK. The charger came, naturally with a UK plug. The plug is replaceable.  I posted here a question about buying a replacement plug. I got a PM, I clarified and had no additional response.

I decided to contact the support. First, they advice they do not ship to Prague (Czech Republic is EU but I guess that is irrelevant).  They advice me to have a friend in one of the supported countries buy it and ship it to me but cautioned me they are out of stock on chargers. I DO NOT NEED A CHARGER, just the bloody plug. It has an estimated value of $1 and can be sent in an envelope through mail. Apparently, support does not know that a charger with replaceable plug is made that way so that people can just change the plug as they travel.

I will just use my iphone charger or all any other USB charger I have and not bother with support any more.

Re: Do you know what you sell? - solved

I am happy to report that after some internal support conversation this was solved and the plug is on the way.

Good show, thanks.

Re: Do you know what you sell? - solved

Hi, I have the same problem: I bought a Jambox during a trip in London but I live in Milano, Italy. I travel a lot and I find that it's a good idea to have a charger with interchangeable plug. Where can I find the european and US replacement plugs? Given the price of the object, I expected to find all these directly in the box...
