Does Jawbone decide when an issue is 'fixed', or do customers?

There was a threa in the jambox troubleshooting forum called 'Jambox unable to update to 2.2'. Last time I added to it with another tip for people who might be having the same trouble as me, it was marked as 'fixed', with a tick. I can't see the thread any more, except as an entry in the 'top kudoed posts' on the right. Why doesn't it show up in the list of forum posts? Is it because Jawbone have decided it's fixed, or am I missing something? If Jawbone have decided that it shouldn't show up any more, how would people who are new and having the same trouble find the advice in the posts?

The thread in question now shows up. Was it just me? Still begs the question as to who decides whether something is fixed.

Re: Does Jawbone decide when an issue is 'fixed', or do customers?

Hi netwiz,

Thanks for writing in the forum! Posts in the forum are not moved unless a moderator finds that they would fit nicely in a similar thread. The purpose of this is to make it easier for new users to find answers to their questions more quickly and without too much redundancy. If this happens to one of your posts, you can always easily locate it by going to your forum profile and clicking on recent posts.

Hope this helps!
