When I tried to update different AudioApps for my black Jambox, the update stopped at 4% and shows "your jawbone may not be in a working condition". I've tried several times but it's doesn't work anymore, means can not turn on, can not charge, no any voice and sound... totally bricked.
I've tried restore it via MyTalk, but it's always show "
Hi~ All, my Jambox back... after I changed to 3rd computer for restore and update.
What I thought is, the application of update having serious compebility issue with computer. The major issue is MyTalk are relay on Web Browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome...) for update, and these web browser having all kinds different issue and version.
2nd issue is these update requiring internet connection during process. Why we can't download it and update locally? This just increase risk for update...
So, I would suggest MyTalk use it's own software and all update can do it locally in the future.

I have the same problem slwu, I just received the JamBox two days ago, I was so happy! has good sound and good volume ... I read, I can do update! I to connect the JamBox to my laptop ! the update stopped at 4% and shows "your jawbone may not be in a working condition"!!!!!
Suddenly went off and now does not work: do not connect, no sound, is completely off.
Same thing happened to me!!! I just got my jambox yesterday after a long wait, and I was so excited when I read I could actually update & personalize my ne jambox, until I could´t update it and it doesn´t work anymore
Please, HELP!!! I´ve tried 3 computers already and nothing seems to workout to fix my problem :,(
