I am constantly having issues with JAWBONE with their MYTALK updater! First the updater BRICKED my ICON!!!!! I decided to give JAWBONE another try and got a ERA. Updated it at work and no issues. My boss tries the same thing and same thing. MYTALK BRICKS his ERA!!!
JAWBONE did say that they would send a replacement for his headset so I can say kudos for that. Now I got the JAMBOX and was very pleased with it. Saw that there is a update for it and I was like OK, hope this goes well. Well not really!!!
I did finally get it updated even though the MYTALK stated it failed each and every time!!!! This is ridiculous!! It fails several times with different messages each and every time. It is usually fails around 4%.
This application is the only one that seems to have a lot of issues with my system it seems! I am running a up to date version of the Jawbone updater and browser. Running Windows 7 with all current updates applied. I have a bluetooth keyboard and mouse that came with my system and it will cause both to cease to function if I plug it into a certain port and try to run the update!
I did at least did get the JAMBOX updated but this crap really needs to stop!!!!
I already crapped away $99, I am not going to crap away any more with the updater destroying my ERA and JAMBOX!!!!!!
