JAMBOX FIND ANSWERS QUICKLY! |

Hi All,
I love my new Jambox, and appreciate that you guys just released a great sofware update, but I still have one issue with my device that I'm wondering if you can solve for me.
Basically, the issue is that if I keep my iPhone 4 teathered to the Jambox, the bluetooth stays on, but if the iPhone is not present for a while, say while I'm at work, I have to powercycle the Jambox to get it to connect. Since I generally keep my Jambox plugged in, and expect it to be ready to play, (for instance, I would like to be able to turn on music when I get home from work without going into the room where the Jambox is, turn it off, and back on again), this seems like a highly undesirable feature.
Is that a known issue, and if so, could you make it a preference in the Advanced Settings tab to not turn the radio off when the device is plugged in? Or just not to turn the raido off while the Jambox is on? Any chance this will be the next software release?
Best regards,
Jade

I've wondered about this too. I've had this problem/annoyance ever since I got a Jambox a few months ago. Doesn't seem like it should happen if the thing is plugged in all the time.
