Jawbox DOA?

I got my Jawbox as a gift when leaving my old job. Was so happy as it seemed like a super gadet. 

Well, short story, it will not charge, only working while usb is connected, but not the usb that it came with(The long one) because that one reboots my computer?! Shortage?!

What to do? I'm living in norway, and got it as a gift.

When connected to usb, it will pair, but not connect..

did you try soft and hard reset? search forum for instructions on how to.

I tried one type of reset, holding down the circle button while turing on or something, did not work.

Also, the buttons does not work while connected to usb, and since it wont charge, i cant test while not connected.

I've been in contact with them, but since it was a gift, i dont have the recipt. Hope that is ok.

I have the exact same issue.

I live in Saudi Arabia, Got mine from ebay from someone coming from the states.

It wont charge at all and gives a loud distortion when turned on.

Tried hard and soft reset without any luck.

donno wt to do now.
