Mine, too. I understand that the LiveAudio setting may cause the volume to be a bit low, but on the "normal setting" my volume is a fraction of what it used to be, too!

Same issue.

Just updated to LiveAudio. Volume significantly reduced, both with LiveAudio on and off. Asked 'Angela' on LiveChat how to go back to previous s/w version. She said to go into Innovations tab - however did so and it does not allow you to select and install a previous s/w version.

I have the same issue. This is nuts! The volume is so low it makes my Jambox totally useless. Way to go Jawbone....grrrrr! Can we have a workable soluton please???????????????

Yes, all the upgrade did was lower the volume max. It is not acceptable. Jawbone, what is the fix?

This upgrade has ruined my Jambox.

The volume level is barely audible at max setting.

me too. It finally works with Lion OS X, but now the volume it too low. Can we just have the old volume settings with the new Lion OS X support?

scratch that. Same bullsh1t as before. No Lion support and now it sounds muffled even with liveaudio turned off. Very disappointed. Should've bought two logitech speakers at $100 a piece instead of this $200 brick. Will never buy anything Jawbone again after this disappointment...sigh

is everyone who upgraded to the latest version experiencing the same volume problem regardless if livesound is on or off?

i read some comments from users at facebook who don't seem to experience this problem.

on the one hand i am quite happy not to have tried the update so far as maximum volume can never be high enough for me. but on the other hand i am quite curious to hear the livesound effect as many comments seem quite positive.
