JAMBOX FIND ANSWERS QUICKLY! |

I've just tried LiveAudio on my Jambox and while it sounds really good, it is much quieter than usual. I almost feel that the normal volume (with liveAudio off) is also a bit quieter - I never worried about volume before and now I keep trying to turn it up.
Anyone else finding this?

I have the problem too! With the new LiveAudio update, now my normal volume is too low! This update ruined my Jambox! What's the point of having a portable speaker if you can't hear it wherever I take it? Please fix or this is going to the garbage can!

Is there anyway to revert to the previous firmware before this stupid LiveAudio garbage????

Same issue here - it cranks it down so low that the feature isn't useful!!!

I've logged an issue with JawBone technical support. I recommend everyone experiencing this problem does the same to raise the priority.

Count me in as well. MUCH too low normal volume now. I want the previous firmware back!!

By the way, I can't tell any difference in this "immersive, three-dimensional listening experience" with the previous firmware version. I want the previous version back!!!!

After updatinh my Jambox, I too think the sound volume is way to low. Can we get the old software back?

You can toggle LiveAudio ON or OFF by pressing both "-" and "+" buttons for a couple of seconds - you will hear it say LiveAudio OFF or ON.

I'm having the same issue with the low volume after performing the firmware update about 30 minutes ago. I'd say max volume is about 50% of what it was before. Disabling the LiveAudio feature does not allow the max volume to go higher.
