Mac Lion, Jambox and major frustrations

Hi,

My lovely, enved by all my firends, drop dead gorgous red Jambox is about to go out the window.

It works find with my iDevices and used to work with my Mac.

Now it doesnt. It keeps throwing up a Bluetooth error, and the button says Stop using headphones.

I can unpair it, and all is good for a while, but then the problem happens.

What is worse is that when I am using VOIP, which doesn't use the Jambox, the error comes up and stops the audio on the VOIP.

Please help, I have a Mac because I don't want to fiddle with computers anymore, and it used to work.

Now I have a £150 paperweight for most of its life.

I thought I would be clever and connect it to my Mac via an audio wire, and forget about BT until its fixed.

But the **bleep** thing keeps trying to pair, even with my Mac set not to discoverable and reject audio connections.

I have no choice but to pair it up, I keep hitting reject, and not a minute later it tries to pair again.

many people,me including have the same issue with jawbone era.And it is disappointing that a member of jawbone is just giving advices to reset headset or try to erase the devise from the mac's list and re-pair it.Not even a prediction about a fixing update.Sooo bad support

This looks like it was an Apple problem.

I installed the 10.7.2 update and my Jambox is now working fine

I have been having the same issue with another bluetooth headset I have. I highly doubt it is anything wrong with the JAMBOX.

I haven't tried to pair my BOX with my Lion yet but, like I said, I was already having issues with previous headsets.

Seriously? Lion has been available to developers for a year. Lots of complaints. And Jawbone can't issue a fix? I am on the latest Jawbone and 10.7.2 BTW.

I'm having the same problem, pls find a solution because i can't pair my jambox twice in a day for make it working fine... i also think that the problem exist only with Lion because when i try my jambox with the iPhone it seems working fine.

An other question: have you got any kind of support in italy ? Or i have to call to your french number ?

same issues here!  is there really no solution to this problem?  My Jambox has basically become completely useless at this point which is beyond frustrating.

I too am having the exact same problems and am getting increasingly annoyed that there seems to be no solution on offer to this problem. I only bought my Jambox 2 months ago and feel I have wasted £150. Can someone from Jawbone please confirm exactly what the position is?
