I have a MacBook Air running OSX 10.7.3, and my Jambox is not being discovered by the Bluetooth Setup Assistant. I know Bluetooth is working on the MacBook, as I can discover and connect to other devices, and I know the Jambox is going into pairing mode, as I can discover and pair to it from my iPhone and iPad. I also know that it's not just my MacBook, as I can't discover the Jambox from my Mac Mini either, also running 10.7.3.
MyTalk indicates that the Jambox software is up to date.
I have trashed my Bluetooth plist and restarted, to no avail.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Bruce

Hi Bruce,
Well, I just purchased a Jambox today. And I DID get it to pair with my MacBook Pro running 10.7.3. But, I cannot install the updater. I keep getting an error message at the end to run a preflight script. Tech support said to go to Apple support, but nothing there. Wish I could help you more, but I did get it to pair with my 10.7.3
