Hi, I was watching YouTube via iPad connected to my Jambox on three-quarters full charge when suddenly the sound got disconnected. I can no longer switch the Jambox on and there is no light on the power switch and I can no longer charge it. I have been using it everyday for about 3 weeks and now it is completely dead.
What happened?
I am in Singapore. Made this purchase from Amazon. This is so disappointing. Kindly advise what I should do. Thank you.

So you're not getting any light on the Jambox when you connect it to the charger?
Haver you tried charging it with the wall charger as well as directly to a computer's usb port?

I have the same problem. Luckily (for me) the Jambox was a gift, but it's not that old and I can't seem to figure out what may have happened. It is non-responsive using the plug or the USB (the computer won't even recognize that something is plugged in). It's basically now exactly what it looks like: a brick. VERY disappointed in this product.

follow that - except, strangely, they said to actually have the unit in off mode (the above link tells you to turn it on, first)

My husband bought this unit for me yesterday for Mother's Day; we used it for 20 minutes last night, put it on the charger overnight and now this morning, won't work. Plugged into the charger, no lights, tried reconnecting to bluetooth, nothing, it doesn't even look like it's turning on, I pushed the button for the battery status, nothing. I found online about the reset and also called customer service, nothing.
Now seeing all of the posts here about this happening to others and I'm not one to just throw $200 away, I'm not sure about even replacing this with another. May just get a refund.

I have the same problem. I bought a jambox two weeks ago, but today when I open it, I found it was not working. The button is flashing in white, and it is sounding one strange sound in several seconds. I downloaded mytalk, but cannot connect to jambox, so I cannot use it. I tried to restart it, but failed. Can you help me to fix this problem please. I love this product, but there are numerous bugs. Can you reply me as soon as possible.
