I just got a Jawbone Jambox. It failed to work properly with my iPad. After working with a customer service rep via online chat he said they would send me a replacement device. Great - until he told me I would have to pay to ship it to them.
Why do I have to pay to ship a device back to you that never worked to begin with? This is a horrible customer service policy. I can see if the device was older but I just got it and it never worked properly.
What gives? I think the only thing to do is to send this back to Amazon (where I purchased it) and get a full refund (including return shipping)!! Thanks goodness I bought from Amazon and not directly from Jawbone..
