Sad Story About New Jambox Jumping Of The Shelf

I just bought a new Jambox. It's amazing. The little thing makes so great sound... It's not just loud, it's simply great sound... 

I bought it today. Just few hours ago. I update the software on it, charged the batteries and connected it to my phone and computer and...  I love it.

I placed it here and there just to see it perform.

I also placed it on one shelf a approximately 1.5m (5ft) above the ground. Sudenly it jumped of the shelf landing on the ground. It's because the bass are so strong and the shelf may be just a little tilted.. 

Still playing music, but having deformed two corners. Just a little. But anough to make me sad.

I had something similar happen when I was blasting my Jambox... That's why we are creating a jambox case to help protect our favorite little gadget.

I'm shocked that Jambox didn't sell that case with the Jambox. I had the sam issue with the Jambox falling off a shelf. And now its damaged in terms of sound. This is PRODUCT FAIL in my opinion. If your design/product management team knew about it, why didn't you sell the case that holds the Jambox with it? Funny that I got the same response from a Jambox Chat- buy the case. Well, my Jambox is damaged. How can I get it replaced? Thanks.
