Terrible Sound

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a pair of jambox speakers and within the first 24 hours, the usb broke. The seller exchanged the speakers for a new pair, but one thing I have noticed on both sets of speakers is that the sound is extermely soft.

Although they sound good with live audio switched on they are extremely soft.

When it is switched off, the sound is marginally louder - the speaker pops and their is bass distorted.

I mean - they are kinda terrible for the $200 speakers.

I am just very confused considering I have read so many positive reviews about them. I mean, one person stated he would not put them on full volume out of respect for his neighbours. I am very confused, because they are not much louder then my laptop's internal speaker.

If I sound two feet away whilst they are on full volume I cannot hear them.

Does this sound right to anybody?

I'd put them in for a warranty repair but this is the second set which sounds exactly the same.

Re: Terrible Sound

Hi,
Could you both please check volume and sound quality using the included audio cable? Is the volume on your audio sources turned up all the way? You can also try turning Sound Clarity off through MyTalk.
Lastly, will you please try pairing with a different device and let me know if you notice an improvement in sound volume and quality?
Thank you!
