I purchased the Jambox on 3/16/2012. I went to charge the Jambox today and the port on the Jambox is loose and so I am unable to plug in the USB cord to charge. Tried calling cust serv but they are closed right now. Is this covered under warranty? I have receipt and S/N. What do I need to do to get this fixed?

Sorry to hear about your USB port! If you purchased the JAMBOX on 3/16/12 from an authorized retailer, you are covered under Jawbone's limited warranty up to 1 year. You can read our policy here.
