Volume control beep

Does anybody know how to cancel the annoying beep everytime the + or - buttons are pressed?

I know for a fact that this can not be done! I would love this feature too! Please jawbone make this happen! Also why can't the sound of the battery level announcer be at the same level on which you have set it! It always irritates me!

Please fix this!

+1 for this feature, I have to leave the JAMBOX on at night or wake the missus when I switch off.

Confirmed by Jawbone customer service: cannot be changed. Bummer!

Big +1 for me for this request - hate hearing those blips over my music when I'm changing volume.  Hopefully in a future upgrade, it can only be software related.

It would be nice if the software was updated to allow disabling of the beep, or at least lowering the volume of the beep.

Me too. The loud blurps and beeps are far too intrusive. With half a computer on board, it shouldn't be too difficult to drop the alert sounds a notch down as well ?
