Hello,
I'm really upset about your support for a high-quality device like the Jambox. It makes good sound, but it just still too buggy.
I dont't know if sending it back for getting another device would help... But for a 200€ device I expect better support from Jawbone.
1. It just won't pair via bluetooth when connected to power.
2. Sometimes it just won't pair via bluetooth at all. It only makes weird static then. When connecting it via 3,5mm then it works. After waiting some hours it works magically via bluetooth again...
3. Why can't the status sounds just be at the same volume like your setting (without workaround of completely turning it off)?
4. Still bluetooth connection problems with Macs (maybe a Apple Problem?).

I just spent ! hour on the phone with Tech Support pretending that Jawbone is perfect and it is my operating system at fault.
I tried on thre laptops; same result ... no way to connect the Jawbone to the laptop.
Extremely disappointing both product and CS

It's remarkable how Jawbone hasn't done anything to address the issues with their device. I've opened similar threads with no answer....
This is the worst company in the US IMHO....
