Hi David,

 

I am having issues with bluetooh and the Jawbone Icon with iMAC after installing LION

It disconnects after being connecting for around 10sec, and later conects again for other 10secs and so on. 

This makes the device useless.

I already read a lot of stuff here and there and could not find a solution.

 

I would really appreaciate you could help with this matter so i have been waiting for any solution but it seems there is no one or at least I was not able to find it.

 

Iam realy looking forward to receive your comments.

Same problem here!it connects to my macbook pro i7 early 2011 model with Lion.I updated it a couple days ago.Please deal with it,its a rather expensive bluetooth headset and it is a necessity for me at work!

Okay,

I have 2011 MB PRO with Lion (10.7.1)...I just installed the new update for Jambox...i am having same problem: connection goes on and off and only stays on for a few seconds.  When it does stay on longer and i try to listen to music on itunes, spotify, or anything else, the audio is extremely choppy (it fades on and off constantly).  

 

Is this an aliph or apple issue?  Very frustrating!!! I can't even experience what aliph says is groundbreaking audio technology!

Please someone of Jawbone to offer a solution.

 

This is only happening with Jawbone device, all any other devices via BT connection are working perfectly with Lion, but Jawbone's one

 

I use so much the headphone and I decided to buy Jawbone so it was in apple store, besides it is not cheap. Now I can not use it with MAC.

 

Please a solution urgently!!!!

I love my Era... Just bought an new Macbook Pro and updated to the latest Lion... It pairs but Lion does not seem to like it :smileysad: It worked fine on my previous MBP Snow Leopard.

 

Please fix soonest - I do not mind assisting with beta testing. The unit is useless to me without connectivity to my Mac.

I had the same issues and thought the update was bad and stayed very frustrated.  I ended up removing everything BT on my MBP and reinstalled the my ICON and everything works just fine.  I would try this first rather than waiting around for additional support.  Good Luck!

I remove all BT connections as well several time, but i was not that lucky. Thanks for your reply

Please I need urgently a solution!! If i can not use it with iMac for me the headset is USELESS!
